Natural light on all levels – guided by the geometry of the stairs
In order to adequately illuminate the new building on all levels, the decision was made in planning to use VELUX Modular Skylights. The office building is therefore flooded with natural light on all floors. At the same time, all relevant local regulations are met thanks to the smoke and heat extraction systems used. The smoke and heat extraction modules can also be used to ventilate the rooms. The combination of light and air in relation to legal regulations creates a safe and pleasant atmosphere for all employees.
In addition to the practical advantages, the staircase also attracts people's attention with its impressive appearance: from the ground floor you can see that the individual levels form different geometric shapes that are perfectly highlighted by the incident daylight.
