Thermoformed barrel vault

The barrel vault is a fixed-only system, developed for uninterrupted daylighting rather than ventilation. Its modular construction makes it suitable for very large roof areas, with the ability to extend in length as required.

• Spans up to 2.4 m wide
• Length unlimited with modular build
• Installed between 0°–15° roof pitches

Each module is thermoformed and frameless, designed to overlap the next with a rolled joint detail that ensures watertightness. Once aligned, modules are secured with anti-tamper fixings for long-term stability. The system can be installed on prefabricated or site-built kerbs.

• PVCu kerbs: vertical (X2V) or splayed (X2)
• Aluminium kerbs: insulated (X3) or uninsulated (X5)
• Site-built kerb: widths of 50–100 mm, minimum 150 mm height
